Stone(d) Pizza

It's that time of week again where I tell you
what's been tickling my fancy...

This week it's all about a new kitchen gadget and the delicious food it makes!

Pizza!

There aren't too many people that don't like to eat pizza.
I have needed wanted one of these for a long time.
So when I spotted a giveaway on A Zesty Bite for a pizza stone I had to enter.
Well low and behold...
I won!!

Oh my gosh...so exciting!

The day it arrived...
Guess what we were having for dinner!?!?

I cheated a little on the dough, since these were in my fridge.

We made a multi flavor pizza so everyone got exactly what they wanted...

Pepperoni
BBQ chicken with homemade caramelized onions
Fresh mozzarella with grape tomatoes and basil

While my timing needs a little practice on getting the crust just right,
the first time results were delicious and gobbled all up!
In fact I ended up making a second one!!

What's your favorite pizza toppings?

I've wanted one for a long time too! Your pizza looks and sounds soooo good! I like grilled chicken, mushrooms, onions, black olives and very little sauce. Hmmmm....I'm thinking pizza for supper tonight!

Congrats on the win, that is so awesome :)

I Hadn't even heard of one, I guess they don't mention it when I call "Roundtable" for takeout (He! He!)

Your food, as always, looks so yummy! :)

I have to admit I rarely eat pizza, 'coz I am ALWAYS trying to lose weight :(

But my fav toppings as chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, toms, zucchini, a mixture of cheeses and of course pepperoni on a thin crust, I'll take one to go please (He! He!:)

Have a lovely day, T. :)

I've been wondering for so long how the pizza could taste stoned! Please, do tell more about how different it tastes! And all those flavors! It looks lovely!

I always wanted a pizza stone. Did it make your crust really crispy? I love that you did lots of different toppings, what fun! I liked all your combinations they all sound good to me.
